After such a successful event last year, we are so excited to bring our Annual Quiz and Chips Frundraiser again to you, on Friday 11th April 2025! This event will be at Saints Event Venue, Yarmouth Road, Norwich. Doors open at 6pm, with Quiz beginning at 6:45pm. There will be a fun quiz and active challenges, raffle and fabulous prizes! Tickets are £10 each and available to purchase from 1st February. Tickets include food options of chips with sausage or fishcake! 

We are excited to bring new classes to our provision from Easter 2025, bringing further opportunities and a wider inclusion! We are now looking further volunteers who are interested to be part of these projects!

Sensory Disco - All Ages

Tuesdays 5:15pm - 6:15pm 

Sprowston Methodist Church
Norwich. NR7 8AD - £10 per class

This class is designed for individuals who find instructions overwheleming and prefer to have their own space to express themselves. With visual options to work with peers, silent disco headphones, parachutes, bubbles and lots to explore. Open to all methods of communication and learning abilities. A safe space for everyone to enjoy music.

Seated Movers - All Ages

Thursdays 5:15pm - 6:15pm 

Sprowston Methodist Church
Norwich. NR7 8AD - £8 per class

Open for all individuals who are wheelchair users or prefer to dance seated. We will learn lots of various dance routines and engage in many movement games! Songs and dance of all genres and welcoming all physical abilities! 

Lauren has been teaching Sign Language to the Horning Dramatics Company, for their upcoming pantomime called 'The Kings Birthday!'. The community have been incredible supportive of our community, and we are perfoming along side them on 18th January! The cast have been working so hard and we are so honoured to be a part of their production. 

No Limits Norfolk are so excited to continue working along these special communities across Norfolk, bringing Inclusive Dance and Sensory Movement within their provision. All sessions are tailored for their individuals, from Formal Street Dance, Sensory Movement for PMLD, classes for Seniors and high energy sensory seekers! It is such a privilidge to work along side these Schools and Organisations on a regular basis.

We are so proud to say we won the in the ‘individual’ category of the Flourish Awards 2024.

The individual award stands for outstanding contribution towards ensuring children and young people are respected as individuals, confident in their own identity and appreciative of their own and others' uniqueness. We will always thrive for our members to shine in the spotlight and truly express and be proud of who they are! Winning this award is a true honour and so very touched!

This term was truly incredible for No Limits as we received not one, but two awards!

We are proud to announce that tonight we have won the award of ‘Healthy and Active Award 2024,’ with the Community at Heart Awards held by Broadland District Council

To be a finalist let alone was a true honour, celebrating amongst many wonderful volunteers, individuals and organisations for all the wonderful work and love they bring. A really beautiful and heartfelt evening and it was wonderful to meet so many amazing people.

We had a fabulous time celebrating Christmas within all our dance classes. All our members recieved Christmas presents, and we all engaged in lots of party fun! Filled with snow, parachutes and fun routines!​​

We've had a great time with the staff at Sheringham Woodfields. Everyone has been filled with enthusiasm learning a dance routine to perform to the school community! ​​
