No Limits Norfolk is an inclusive dance and accessible arts company, specialising for individuals with additional needs of all ages. Building our emotional and physical skills, covering all genres of dance and music, breaking down the barriers of the arts and encouraging everyone to shine in the spotlight!

We thrive on our sessions being accessible for every learner, allowing everyone to express themselves. Incorporating sign language, transition support, communication and visual aids. We offer sensory integration for all our members, with accessible choreography and activities. Every class is specifically created for everyone to shine, from individuals with physical and sensory impairments, to energetic and enthusiastic movers!

Community classes are held for all ages throughout the week, from Inclusive Dance, BSL Signing Choirs, Independent Movers, Dance and Play and Sensory Movement! 

 

We also have sessions take place within various organisations, from complex needs schools and care homes for seniors across Norfolk. We never stop providing opportunities for all our current and future members, opening doors, providing further accessibility and thriving on everyones individuality.
