No Limits Norfolk delivers sessions for a variety of complex needs schools and SRB's, organisations and events that are for all abilities and ages. We bring the fun factor and encourage everyone to shine in the spotlight. Every session is tailored for each learning level and physical ability, from sensory seekers, energetic dancers and gentle movers. You can choose to book from singular to regular sessions, request themes and music and discuss how you want Lauren to support your individuals. Inclusive bespoke sessions designed for all ages and abilities
Visual aids and supported structures, audio cues, clear delivery and simple instructions.
All choreography, movements, equipment & activities are tailored to every learner. From active formal learners, sensory seekers & PMLD.
Welcoming British Sign Language, Sign along, PECS, Braille and other preferred methods of communication.
Sensory elements can be incorporated from textures, lights, bubbles and a variety of engaging equipment. we also offer open continuous provision.

Providing wellbeing and physical activity within your setting for all learners. Planning is always thought out with the upmost of care and consideration, to ensure your session(s) are accessible and thoroughly inclusive.

Supported at each desired pace, adding specialised themes of your choosing and bringing the fun factor to your setting.
Incorporating all genres of music and dance, encouraging creativity and imagination. Sessions can be thoroughly accommodated for MLD, active or gentle sensory seekers, PMLD and Autism. Whether they are mixed classes or specific, we are here for you!
Sensory classes will include a variety of resources to bring a theatrical and exciting atmosphere. This may include; props, lights, textures, colours, smells, sensory umbrellas, handmade parachutes...
and not forgetting the bubble wrap catwalk!
Supporting your school/organisation ethos and what you would like your individuals to experience with us! Sessions will be delivered by our Instructor, Lauren. You can book singular sessions, multiple or weekly. Multiple sessions booked will receive a £10 discount.

1:1 Movement Sessions
Fancy a personalised session just for you? We can offer this in the half term holidays. Provided at an organised and accessible space at a personalised rate. Here are the things we can provide below! ​

An open space with equipment for you to explore at your own leisure with added 1:1 engagement.

A safe space to move, dance and express yourself with music that you enjoy.

From intensive interaction, 1:1 activities, building sequences or personal space. You have full control of your own dance session.

Sessions for Seniors
No Limits can also accomidate sessions for Care and Nursing Homes. Specialising for individuals with Alzheimers, Dementia and Parkinsons. You can choose on the day if would like a freedom of movement session with popular songs of the past, or simple seated dance routines to engage with.​ All delivery is calm, clear whilst supporting everyones pace.
Sessions are delivered by Lauren. You can book singular sessions, multiple or weekly. Multiple sessions booked will receive a £10 discount Our goal is to bring a safe dance session where everyone feels included. Bringing excitement, creativity and making happy memories for your community and loved ones.
Fancy a party?
You may choose to have a very free and open session which includes a range of lots of sensory equipment. Party dances can be included and your favourite tracks!
